RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Product purchasers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of order shipment notification (emailed to you directly upon our shipment of your order). Please note that the product must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags. Jewelry, notebooks & accessories must be clean & un-used. The purchaser will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Sapling & Flint will not refund shipping costs for either returns or original purchases, unless there has been a shipping error on our part.
Refunds are completed online, via your original method of payment type. Sapling & Flint reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is damaged, soiled, used, or altered in any way. To initiate a refund, you must contact us about returns/refunds via email at email@example.com . Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Sapling & Flint is not responsible for damages or costs of customers shipping returns. To continue the returns/ exchange process, S&F must receive the returned item postmarked within the 30 day policy; you will receive an email notification from us upon our inspection of the returned item with instructions for processing your refund/exchange if approved.
AFTER 30 DAYS
We may accept refunds / exchanges of products after the 30 day policy, but at our sole discretion. All above stated returns conditions must still be met.

Sapling & Flint reserves the right to amend any information pertaining to its return policy, terms & conditions, and prices, sizes, terms of purchase and sale offerings without prior notice. In the event of sold-out items, Sapling & Flint will contact customers with options for full refund, or exchange at the value of the original purchase.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! Sapling & Flint ships worldwide (except the United Kingdom due to new BREXIT policies). Your shipping & handling costs are calculated and are displayed to you before purchase. We use Canada Post for all our postal services. Your postal preferences can be fulfilled at checkout. By purchasing, you agree to our returns/exchanges & refunds policies.
How do I return an item?
Please read our Returns policy first; because by purchasing you are agreeing to it! To return, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment notification email you will receive. Sapling & Flint is not responsible for postage costs for your returns.
How do I track my order?
Sapling & Flint will send you a notification email informing you that we confirm your order and are processing. You will then receive an "order shipped" email with your tracking information when your order is out the door.
Is my personal information and payment method safe using your website?
Yes. We use SHOPIFY & PAYPAL as our platforms for secure online payment options. We will never see your payment information, such as your credit card number or bank account numbers. When you make a purchase, the only information we receive is a confirmation of payment from SHOPIFY and/or PAYPAL, the shipping address you provide us with and your email (& phone # if you provide it). Sapling & Flint does not and will never share or sell customer's personal information to a third party.
