Kayé:ri nikawerà:ke, or the Four Winds, arrive to Haudenosaunee territory from the cardinal directions and are responsible for bringing winter and summer to our territory. We address them in the Ohénton Karihwatékwen (Thanksgiving Address) and thank them for making the air fresh and new.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT: Each earring is approx. 3.75 inches in length, and 8 grams in weight. All earring hooks & bails are handmade in-house with sterling silver wire. Proudly crafted in our studio in our home village of Ohswé:ken.
